Star Rating Lesson Feedback Along With a Comment

I use Mindvalley a lot. Their course portal is awesome. One of the features is a checklist at the bottom with assignments a participant has to click before they can move on. When they click "finish" a popup happens to give a star rating for that lesson AND a comment area for feedback. I use it almost with every lesson - including most of the time positive feedback. Then the next lesson comes up. This process is hugely valuable and I wish we had something similar in Heartbeat. On the same page as the lesson they also have a tab to talk and comment to that particular community for that course. Here is a video showing it.
