Shorten time of email notifications for general notifications, mentions and comments

Hi! I'm not receiving the notifications of the website app. This is the one I prefer to use. I only get "you have unread messages on heartbeat" and I receive them 5 hours later than the actual time it got posted. I have all my email notifications activated, but I'm not getting the notifications in real time. Today, I got a notification from Heartbeat of a mention someone did of me; however, there were other updates that happened, and I didn't receive the notifications for them. Our users are also getting notifications of the threads 5 hours later, and they wish it could be in shorter time.

It seems the only way to receive live notifications is by being online/inside the HB community when the thread is posted or one is mentioned (website). The cellphone app notifications for threads work perfectly and on time, but we would love for this to be the same for the email notifications for the website. I don't use the desktop app, so I'm not sure if it's the same. If someone has the experience, please comment down below :D
