See and add members in Course drop down menu

I consistently go to a course and expect to see a way to see who is in a course or a way to add a person to a course using the drop down menu. But of course it's never there. Then I have to hunt and pack for where to add a person to a course. Consider adding these choices to that menu. Thanks
