Schedule recurring Bulk Actions or Schedule Workflows to start on a specific day of the week each time.

Allow scheduling a recurring Bulk Action or Workflow that starts on a specific day of the week each time, for example every Monday at 4:10 PM, so new members can be added to a group automatically on a delay. Today a Bulk Action has to be duplicated and scheduled by hand every week. The use case is an opt-in weekly check-in sequence that has to start on Monday mornings for everyone, and an Accountability Circle DM that goes out every week when someone joins the Accountability Circle Group: each person should receive a personal DM each Monday morning regardless of when they joined the week before, which requires creating a Bulk Action each Monday morning so that people who joined during the previous week are placed on the workflow on a Monday and get their messages each Monday morning.
