Pin post not at the top of channel

While it good to have multiple pinned post, but the more there is, the top is filled with it and makes it hard to get to new post which comes after all the pinned posts.

Pin post could shift to a separate column maybe as a tab along Notification, Activity. Can access fast from there but yet avoid crowding the top of the channel.
