If I hover over an icon, the name of that icon should pop up.

I was testing out the platform, and I hovered over different icons with my mouse cursor to find out what they were for. This didn't work though. I had to click on the icons to see what they were for. Although this is a minor thing, I feel that it can make the experience of new users who visit the platform less intuitive.

I have included a picture to show you an example of what I mean when I say that we should see the name of the icon when we hover over it with our mouse cursor.
