Heartbeat Analytics - ability to segment by Group / Individual & ability to export data .xls

Currently the Heartbeat community platform analytics are quite limited to all users - please can you introduce the ability to segment analytics by groups / individuals and being able to export the data i.e into Excel etc. Thank you!
