Floating compose button on mobile

It would be really helpful if admins could hide the floating pencil/compose button on the mobile Home feed when members don't have permission to post there, or choose which channel it directs to.

Our Home feed is intentionally informational, with a read-only Updates channel, while our member conversation space is separate. At the moment members still see the pencil button but tapping it leads them to a screen where they can't post and can't easily navigate back.

I'm particularly conscious that some of our members are older or less tech-confident, so a prominent button that appears not to work could be quite confusing.

The option to either hide it or direct it to a chosen conversation channel would solve this completely.
