Add a note to members profile (CRM feature)

I’d like to be able to add informations on my customers profile. A simple long text field would be great, a timestamped timeline for notes would be wonderful.

That would allow me, for instance, to keep track of a coaching or a conversation, to add some infos about paiement problems or customers inputs…
